I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. "Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. Fungus on the shower curtain, and the hotel needs maintanance, but overall great. Chinese beds, and if you can, as almost all budget hotels, bring your own router, as wifi is low. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!"
