"I loved that I was able to cook in my room and store some snacks. The staff was amazing, Jennifer and Miriam had such wonderful hospitalailty. The hotel was placed within walking distance and easy access to restaurants and activites. FYI please book activites with a noteable company and NOT the people hustling on the beach. "The property is gorgeous and exactly as described in the pictures. The pool was great and rests at an ideal temperature - not too cold, not too hot. A/C works well, although we didn't use it much as there are ceiling fans, and windows on all 4 sides of the house to open and let the breeze through. "I think we knew it was 2 double beds, but it was way too small for 2 adults. The beds were rock hard. A queen with a mattress topper would be great. We needed a light blanket for nighttime, only had a sheet. Kitchen was lacking in what we would consider automatic. We cooked 2 dinners in. No frying pan, had to ask for coffee filters, no plug for the sink, no hot water in the kitchen, no strainer, no cheese grater, no corkscrew, no ice trays and most importantly did not include bottled water....

"If you want a fantastic island stay without tourists go here. Avoid the “West End”. That’s for Cruise ships and a Disney World vacation. George and Mable were most helpful. George took us for a day boat ride through the Mango swamps and we stopped at floating Tiki Bar for a coconut drink. The fresh ocean salt water pool was fantastic. "
