Suitable for a Workcation, Staycation in a Canadian Cottage.
Enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation get-a-way at our cottage which is on a quiet street at La Casa Lakeside Resort. This unique resort is a little resort community 30 kilometers from West Kelowna or 35 kilometers from Vernon, BC. It's a gated community with about 425 cottages on Westside Road.

Our summer home is suitable for one person, one couple, two couples or one Family of (4), reminder there are only two beds in the cottage. A queen bed in the Master bedroom and a double in the loft bedroom. Two children would need to share the one double bed in the loft. Please keep this in mind, when booking.

Prices differs from Season to Season. 3 Plus Night Minimum Stay Professional cleaning and disinfecting of the cottage. Enjoy all the wonders that the Spring/Summer and Fall Seasons have to offer. Discover the beauty and enjoy exploring Region of the Okanagan Area.

SPRING is a great time to visit the Okanagan Valley. The Resort is projected to Open on May 1st this year. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball and mini-golf. The pools and hot tubs will open for the season. If you stay during this time of year, you will find the resort usually very quiet and relaxing.


SUMMER MONTHS With families enjoying all the amenities that the resort has to offer. These amenities are all included in the price of the rental, except for the kayak and paddle board rental which is offered through the resort. You can no also book your golf cart for rental as well.

In the summer this cottage shines like a "Jewel" with it's many windows and vaulted ceilings. Waking up in the mornings with the first beams of sunlight shining upon the smooth, calm quiet lake, starts off your day.

It is comforting to know, that you can sit out on the patio deck well into the evening and enjoy a refreshment and a good book. Most of your meals can be enjoyed out on the patio depending on the weather, the BBQ is ready to go. Please pick up all your groceries in Vernon or Kelowna, before your arrival. If you are not able to do this the Save-On-Foods Delivers groceries to the resort daily. The new "La Casa General Store and Restaurant makes some great pizza's, is now open year round for the Community. The resort is usually running in full swing, with the general store, Bistro/Restaurant opened and all amenities in operation. Great time for the kids to enjoy the 3 Aqua Parks in the lake. If you are at the main pool, make sure you stop by the General Store and pick up a refreshing ice-cream cone or a specialty coffee. Kayak and Paddle board rentals are usually available during the summer months. You can also rent a boat for the day in Kelowna.

AUTUMN SEASON: Experience the changing of the fall leaves in this Okanagan Valley. You might want to explore some of the local winery's in West Kelowna. The Resort amenities are still available for our guests. The lower level pool and hot tub is opened until the October Thanksgiving Long Weekend. This is usually a great time of the year to visit La Casa, when the school children have gone back to school. You can still enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball or mini golf. Take the time to relax and cozy up by the fireplace, and read a good book. Hiking and walking trips are the best during this season of the year. Harvest Season in the Okanagan is a tapestry of different colours.

This cottage has one large bedroom, with a queen size bed, a private loft bedroom with a double bed.
Kitchen with all appliance, and a washer/dryer, slate floors and two bar stools. Everything that you might need to cook a family meal is included. Living area includes lots of natural light, has a gas fireplace, area rug, and hardwood floors. Dinning area includes a large table with six chairs. The windows all have screens, and wooden blinds. A sliding glass door to the outside deck. The outer deck is spacious, and enclosed with plexiglass railing with an unobstructed view of Okanagan Lake. Outdoor table, chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ, are also there for your use. The sundeck has the morning sun to enjoy your coffee, and the afternoon shade is perfect for reading in the lounge chairs. We have installed a security Camera near the front entrance. This is so we know how many guests are staying at the cottage. This is so we can also monitor the cottage when we are not there.
This cottage is situated just a short walk from the main pool/hot tubs and tennis courts, mini golf, and playground area. Cable TV and WIFI included.

Bella Cottage

This wonderful cottage is set on a dreamy landscape overlooking Okanagan Lake. Every area offers an incredible view of the lake. All the amenities are up to date, and the cleanliness is impeccable. This cottage has everything we need. We absolutely love its location and the owner, who is extremely helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely be staying here year after year!

Bella Cottage - La Casa Lakeside Resort June 14-22,2025

Lina & John are great hosts kept us informed. Their cottage is very beautiful, comfortable and well looked after. Found the beds to be comfortable. Lots of kitchen ware and extra supplies which was great. Nice barbeque on deck. The deck has a beautiful view of Lake Okanagan and enjoyed many hours sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. There is a grassed lot next door which was nice to play lawn games on. Enjoyed the mini golf and heated swimming pool. Overall a very relaxing holiday.

Excellent place to stay

This cottage is lovely. Its clean modern and has a great kitchen and bbq. The deck was awsome. There were plenty of towells and a washer and dryer. I would definitely book it again. The owner checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Breathtaking view!

The view from the deck is an unobstructed vista of the lake and mountains - it is spectacular! The home is comfortable and clean, and was stocked with everything you could want. Communication with the homeowner was quick and responsive in every way. We are already hoping to book again for next year! again!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything remained pleasant throughout the week. The house offered a stunning view of the lake. It was clean upon our arrival and equipped with everything we needed.

Quiet, cosy cottage

The cottage was lovely, very well kept and conveniently located close to the pool along with many other activities at the resort. The owners were easy to communicate with and accessible at any time, we hope to be back at some point.

Vacation

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Some extra supplies were provided which was a nice touch. The best part was the amazing view and access to boating. The resort should improve their boat launch so it is more usable. It is too steep, narrow and drops off too much so you could damage your boat.

Lovely little property

Family of 4 with 2 under 9. The house was very cute and very clean. More spacious than we had thought it would be. Amazing view of the lake! The host checked in on us through out our stay and was a pleasure to deal with. The girls loved going down to the lake to use the aqua park. Definitely need water shoes though as it’s quite rocky. The ice cream shop was also a big hit. The girls had a great time and we look forward to coming back hopefully next summer.

Great Stay Beautiful Views

The home was well equip with all needed for your stay. The views were breathtaking . The Homeowner was really good with communicating with us and keeping us up to date on important information pertaining to our stay. I wish the resort had a few areas in the lopes for parking golf carts as it was a bit tight. All in all everything was perfect. Thanks

Amazing deck and views

The home was a gem with all the comforts of home and amazing lake views from the large deck. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the ability to walk to the pool, store and pickleball courts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The only small negative was that the AC seemed a bit overburdened for the size of the house. The main floor was nice and cool but the upstairs bedrooms were a bit warm.

Bella Cottage - July 2023 - 5*

Property was great! La Casa is amazing for families and once you are there, no reason to leave. Kids love the lake trampolines, pools and mini golf. Host Lina was great to deal with, checked in to ensure all was good and very quick to respond. Bella Cottage has an amazing view of the lake and a beautiful green space next to it that our kids loved to play on in the evenings. Perfect for a family of 4 (kids to share one bed). 2nd time for our family at La Casa Resort and 1st to Bella Cottage. Had a great time, highly recommend. Only suggestion would be a cabinet or some shelving in the dining area to put your non perishable groceries away for the week, no room in the cupboards at all. Great property - Would Rate 5 Stars

Perfect and Memorable

What a beautiful place to stay. The space is clean, a short walk to the pool, and has a mesmerizing view. Lina was always just a quick message away. She provided a little more than basic spices and condiments in the kitchen which was helpful. The beds are very comfortable. I would recommend that you stay here in a heartbeat.

Stayed for a wedding

We were there for a wedding at the beginning of June, weather was fabulous- which always helps. Bedrooms were both upstairs, regulating some comfort for sleeping at night was a bit of a challenge- air conditioning not as strong on upper floor and the airflow when leaving windows open was a challenge as well. The resort is totally on the side of a mountain, so if you are not able to climb hills, you will be limited as the rental of a golf cart is very expensive. The walk to and from the pool, store and restaurant is easy, but if you have issues harder to walk toLa Casa, where our event was held. (Bear in mind, we are in our late 60’s, one of us with a knee issue). The beach is totally out of the question!!! but you can drive there and lots of parking at that time of year. The cabin was very clean and our hosts were extremely easy to deal with and always answered us promptly. It was a lovely little cabin with a fabulous view and all the amenities.

Great home away

Stayed here for a quick golf trip. Very clean and quiet. Amazing community and and spectacular views from the patio to help wind down after a day on the links. Would also consider bringing the kids, as it is great area with plentiful activities.
