The staff were very accommodating as I thought had lost my watch but to my delight the cleaning staff found it and let the front staff know. It is currently enroute to me at my home. Location was perfect close to shopping and restaurants although the Granada Bistro was hard to beat food and drink wise we ate there more than anywhere.
