"I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. "

"This property is located in an area where everything from ATM machines, shopping mall, restaurants and transportation is within walking distance. The area is quiet and safe. Plenty of parking is available at the property so there's no hassle for a place to park if you are driving. "

"Lower tier accomodation in the middle of a people neighbourhood. You can walk in the street surounded by children as there is little trafic, and eat from a street eatery, which will allow you to fraternise with its owner, usually a lady. Sympathetic experience overall! A 20 minutes walk from the airport."

"Great modern 1 bedroom apartment. Ample room. Big wardrobe, safety deposit box, the most comfirt bed I've slept on in a long time, good size fridge and freezer. Twin hotplate, frypan and saucepan provided. Unfortunately the cutlery wasnt clean. Dining room table and chairs, good size bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, free bottled water and friendly staff"

"I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. These units are perfect for long stays because of the compete kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom. I will stay there again on my next...

"New property that is simply amazing. Very very quiet. Only 6 units. Our units kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space has each place is like a small apartment. Staff are always cleaning something, pool is cleaned everyday. There are about 6 restaurants with 1 km. There are two very friendly dogs on the premises,.neither of the dogs bark. They have a Tuk Tuk on premises to take you wherever you like for a fee. They also have a scooter for rent, 450php a day."

Det finns kök och köksverktyg så vi kunde laga mat själva även riskokare och vattenkokare fungerade ej men vi hade löst på ett annat sätt. Vi kokade ris och vatten i kastrull istället. Lägenhetsägaren var trevliga och även deras manager så jag kan rekommendera att bo där om man vill bo på en lugnare område och prisvärt. "
