  • Welcome to Len's Lookout - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey with panoramic views of Filey Bay.

    Featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony with sea view, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special".

    Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks / storage and lots of space for beach gear. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.

    Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.

    Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people (2 additional dining chairs provided) which leads to the stunning lounge area

    The lounge area features a log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas, sofa bed (ideal for children not adults) and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play.

    Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the wide expansive balcony with views to The Sea and beyond.

    There are 2 further bedrooms - one double and one twin. These share a large family bathroom.

    There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

    This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Fantastic house

We had a great stay. The house is in a fantastic position with sea views from the terrace and very peaceful. Beautiful house with everything you need, well equipped, clean. Great house for a larger family lots of space, very comfy beds, lovely bathrooms. Lots of equipment for going to the beach too including a trolley to transport everything. We would definitely stay again 10 out if 10

Needs a good clean

Some areas of the property had not been cleaned properly for a while a number of cobwebs were presents in bedrooms and bathrooms. However this will not stop us booking again.

Pleasant family stay

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Lovely, spacious living area. We had requested a cot, however, this could not be found, we contacted a member of staff from the Anchor Bay team regarding this who rang promptly to suggest where to look. Eventually it was found it a locked cupboard. It would have been a more enjoyable, relaxing start if the cot was easier to be located. We were expecting to see a family football table as described in the advertisement, however, this was not in the property. We feel the downstairs bedroom could be improved if a wardrobe could replace the bookcase as there is nowhere to hang clothes. The property was mainly clean, although, the window's and balcony needed to be clean as they were very dirty. Overall, we had a great stay and would return.

Excellent holiday home

Excellent holiday home in superb location beautiful views of the sea and sunrise! Very well equipped kitchen, 2 ovens to cope with cooking for 9. Beds very comfortable but the sofa bed for children only is in the lounge so not suitable for young children who need a quiet place to get to sleep. Was fine for our 12 year old. ( I mixed up the description with another house and thought the sofa bed was in the large bedroom) we used the swimming pool a few times and this was great, life guard in attendance at all times. Short walk to the lovely beach and large grassy area outside the house for children to play whilst you sit outside on the patio furniture. Really good communication from Anthony at Anchor Bay Holidays. Would definitely return .
