A beautiful property in a quiet residential area and just 5-minute walk away from the glorious golden sandy beach.. First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 32" Smart TV
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. . Private parking for 2 cars. 1 small dog welcome. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only.. Filey Central One is one of two properties nestled just a few hundred yards from the beach in the pretty seaside town of Filey on the North Yorkshire coastline. Benefitting from off road parking for two vehicles which only a handful of properties can offer in this central area - making it an ideal choice for guests looking to park up and explore. This is an important feature as Filey is notoriously short of town centre parking.
Filey Central One is furnished to a good standard and is set over two floors. Fully refurbished in 2020 from top to bottom, the owners have taken care in ensuring that you have a welcoming and memorable stay. There is a bright, modern and well equipped kitchen/dining room, whilst the sitting room is cosy and welcoming with sofas around the TV, perfect for unwinding together after a day of exploring. This lovely property also offers two tasteful bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom, making this a very comfortable holiday home.
You are mere steps away from the many attractions Filey has to offer, including a variety of tea rooms, pubs and independent shops, whilst a 5-minute walk brings you to the seafront. Enjoy a stroll along the promenade with its brightly coloured beach huts, ornamental gardens and cafés or build sandcastles on the wonderful, long sandy beach, where you can walk for miles. Close by lies a country park and an animal sanctuary, whilst nearby Flamborough is well worth a visit with its high chalk cliffs, packed with nesting sea birds including the comical puffins with their colourful beaks. The Cleveland Way coastal path winds its way along the cliff tops, offering incredible views. You can also explore the coast by car, stopping off to spend a day at Ravenscar, Robin Hood’s Bay, Whitby or in the opposite direction Bridlington. With the vibrant town of Scarborough a short drive away and the Yorkshire Wolds and Moors to explore, you will be well placed for an enjoyable stay. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 170 yards.
