"One of the bedroom bed sheet were dirty, kitchen exhaust wasn’t working, electrical fry pan had missing cable and when went down to bbq area and had no gas supply. Please check the house is to it’s standard before giving out to the customers."

"Staff were hard to find on arrival even with a bell. One staff member sat at a table pretending not to be staff, I know this as I heard her telling the receptionist how she thought it funny!! German Roaches around electric jug. The room is in poor condition however other than the roaches and needing repairs it was clean. Shame because location is excellent. Room 20 23rd of Feb 2026"

"Gorgeous spot along the river. Tiny home was clean and tidy with everything I needed. Lady of reception was lovely and helpful. "

"Place was great and the food and live music at the attached establishment was awesome ! Only downside was that the bed was a tad uncomfortable and only 2 pillows for 2 people in total but over all great location and we would use this place as a stopover again."

"This was a great option for the CBD. It was walkable to eateries and some shops. It is on a major highway/street in and out of town so use the crosswalks and perhaps carry a torch at night. The front desk staff was very nice and the parking areas were sufficient."

"The room had everything I need. A bed, bathroom, desk, fridge, kettle/toaster/microwave, TV. The lounge chair was comfy, the pillows were a little soft for me. The air conditioner struggled. "

"Lovely pool with BBQ area and comfortable room. The facilities are a bit dated but it looks like they are doing some work on it."

"It was a bit noisy as r had a downstairs room and the guy above was up at 4am getting ready for work. The room next door was up at 5am. Not much soundproofing. Maybe an upstairs room would be better"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Check out simple. Overnight stay while travelling. Room suited that purpose. Would stay again."

"Everything was spot on except no air conditioning in the room so won’t be revisiting in the warmer months. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, food downstairs was really good, nice area, close to cafe’s and drinking holes"
