The Space:

Indulge in the comfort of two apartments within a three-unit cottage that seamlessly combines rustic charm, convenience, and safety to enhance your stay in Fife Lake, MI. Features 2 fully-equipped kitchens, private lake access, shared fire pit, 2 grills, back patio furniture, private balcony (Unit A), in-unit laundry (Unit B), WiFi, smart TVs, central heat, multiple portable A/C units to keep all guests cool (No central air), 2 bathrooms and complete privacy throughout your stay.

Ample parking featuring an assigned parking spot for 2 vehicles per apartment.



Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the 2 out of 3 units in the cottage and 4 parking spaces.

Fife Lake offers a tranquil escape amidst nature's splendor.



Getting Around:

The town is small and easily walkable, allowing you to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. If you prefer to travel by car, the town has well-maintained roads and parking areas. Taxis and rideshare services may also be available for transportation within and around Fife Lake. Additionally, there are scenic trails and bike paths for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO)

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas
