"We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The hard floors (without carpet) were extremely sticky, making the room feel dirty from the moment we checked in.
We stayed for two nights, but our room was never serviced, even though the hotel advertises daily housekeeping. Our towels were not replaced either.
The most shocking and unacceptable issue was finding a used syringe under the bedside table. This is a serious safety hazard,...

"The 4 days/3 nights stay was okay at most. We had our 2 dogs with us which were free of charge. There was no refrigerator in the room. We used the ice machine on the hallway to keep some food cold... There was good air conditioning especially during these 100F days! The bathroom sink faucet was hard to operate without spraying water all over. We ended up putting 2 of the large towels around the sink to retain the water. $162 per night was high for these conditions but it was 4th of July weekend,...

"An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags.
The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course.
Looking forward to returning!"

"Very nice, clean room. Seemed to be recently renovated.
Grounds need upkeep. Two separate buildings: one for registration, other for rooms. Three floors for rooms, no elevator. Hot July weather during our stay, needed ice. Bucket in hand and three flights of stairs, I found one ice machine for the entire building. No ice. Empty bucket in hand, down the slope to the front office, machine needs repair, call has been placed. Return trek, tap water. Poor."

"This place was exactly what we needed. We came for a baseball tournament. The staff was amazingly friendly to the whole team. The kids pretty much took over the whole hotel. The pool was great, the location was right off the highway and close to restaurants. For the price this is unbeatable. If you’re coming for any kind of a baseball tournament, you don’t want to spend a boatload of money. This is your spot. They roll out of grill for us and we grilled in the parking lot for two days straight....

"My family and I went here to celebrate my 45th birthday. This hotel was perfectly located only six minute walk to the pier. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun."
