Two Bedroom Loft in Fernie's Historic Downtown

Welcome to our newly renovated loft in Fernie’s historic downtown. Our home has two bedrooms and an open concept living space with hotel quality linens, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy downtown views & attractions, while being minutes away from trails, parks and the infamous Fernie Alpine Resort. Steps from our door, you will find an abundance of shops, cafes, galleries & restaurants. Our central location makes our listing the perfect place to enjoy Fernie to the fullest.

2 Bedroom/1 full bath, modern condo, in the heart of Fernie's historic main street of 2nd avenue. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a master bedroom and queen bed, with a second bedroom hosting double bunk beds. There is also a storage garage at the back of the building for your use, where you can store your gear for every mountain activity. Your private garage is located on the right and has its own unique padlock and code. Please do not bring mountain bikes, skis or sports gear into the actual building. As for parking, street parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis in both the front, side and rear of the building. During winter months, overnight parking is free in two downtown designated parking lot areas.

Access to the condo is reached via 2nd avenue in the front of the building, above and to the left hand side of, "Grow: Children's Boutique." Storage, again, is in the back of the building, garage to the right, and can be accessed via your own personal entry code.

The condo is located on the main drag of Fernie's history downtown site. The condo is located above a very quiet children's store, which closes each evening by 5 pm. There is a second suite above and next door, which is currently tenanted by the owners. Suites are 100 % sound proof from one another and offer a peaceful surrounding in which to rest. However, please note that Fernie’a downtown runs along a train line.

This gorgeous apartment exceeded all of our expectations! It feels absolutely brand new with high end fittings and fixtures throughout.Located next to a coffee shop and a bagel shop, it is the perfect location for a wind down chillout weekend.We enjoyed free 'rock-star' on-street parking during our stay.The only downside was the fact that we didn't book a longer stay!Will definitely return - thank you so much for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

This is a charming little suite conveniently located next to a coffee and bagel shop on main street. Very clean and well supplied, nice hosts. The bunk beds work for kids, but I wouldn't recommend it for adults as the mattress is a bit unforgiving. Otherwise, all was perfect.

Actually went to Fernie for a couple days of skiing but since the Mtn had closed to for avalanche control we fished, shopped, ate great food, and drank some great beer! Place downtown was awesome! Owners took great care of us!! The BEST!

This place was perfect for us! We parked on the street to unload and after that.. boom! We could bike everywhere we would want to or need to. We could walk anywhere we needed to. 2 blocks puts you at Save On Foods. This downtown gem is worth revisiting. We never regretted any amenities offered elsewhere. It was super clean and easy to check out of. Plus they go above amd beyond as there was gear left behind in the drier We’ll definitely rebook here! My wife loved reading her book on that living room bench looking at the mountains and seeing the town wake up!

We had an amazing stay in this great VRBO. It was immaculately clean and in an extremely convenient location. The garage for bikes/equipment was easy to access and great to have. Hosts were very responsive/accessible through msg’ing. All little details seemed thought out like having biking and trail guides in the home and even a VRBO Guest Netflix account :) would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a Fernie getaway

We had a great stay at this place! It was very clean and nicely put together. It had everything we needed. The whole check in and check out process was easy. The building itself is very quiet but in very close proximity to some train tracks and it’s right above one of the busiest streets in Fernie. I don’t mention that as a complaint because it didn’t bother us. I’m a mom with young kids so I thought that info might be helpful for other parents travelling with their kiddos. Another note for parents, the bedrooms have really good quality blackout blinds (which I always really appreciate in rentals) but some light does squeak in around the edges. All that being said, my friend and I were 100% happy with our stay. You can tell the owners put a lot of care and attention into it.

This is a great apartment in the heart of Fernie with all the amenities that make for a memorable ski vacation. Yvonne and Aric provided detailed check-in instructions and communicated with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.
