"Property is under renovation at the time of our reservation. It is a cute motel, but when we arrived we found that the bathroom light was non functional. After an employee came to check it out, it could not be repaired. After contacting the manager, she determined we would be reimbursed."

Hyatt Place Post Falls/Coeur D'Alene
"The layout of the building is a little weird. Our room was located near the corner of an L, from our room we could see directly into the other rooms and vice versa unless we had our blinds closed. The breakfast was only ok. I wish there was a waffle maker, they ran out of food, plates and bowls 2 ..."
