Spectacular views from this four-story 4BR, 4BA oceanfront townhome! Two bedrooms with private baths, one on the third floor and fourth floor, allow for privacy and convenience. The first level consists of an open living and dining area, plus a well-equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. On the second level, you will find the oceanfront owner's bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom on this level with a king and single bed (facing the bayside). The top floor bedroom with a queen and twin mattress. Flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a library of books & DVDs, board games, charcoal grill, outside shower, and Wifi. Note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**

Absolutely NO Pets and NO Smoking. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Beautiful home on the water. We loved the beach it was private and so wonderful to have direct access. Place was clean but could use some updates, such as screen doors that work, some furniture on the bedroom balconies, and a new washer. Overall we had a very comfortable stay, utilized the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches as well as the grill for burgers. Check in was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend

44 years at the beach

My family has been going to the beach for 44 years. We've stayed at all types and all price points of places. This year this property filled all of the requests of all of our family members accept a pool. The property was as described. Decorated nicely. Appliances worked. Great location to the beach. Some of the standing showers were frustrating with little kids. There really aren't any complaints. Washer is really loud, which is sometimes strange because it's in the kitchen so when people were watching something on TV they couldn't hear. Overall it fit the needs. We would stay again!

Great Location + Great House

We used this for a moms/girls weekend away and it was perfect! Perfect location right on the beach. Rooms and bathrooms were so nice. House had cute decor and could tell it has been taken care of. Would love to visit again!

Great Spot!

Wonderful fairly secluded beach location; Clean, bright, user-friendly home; Awesome access to the beach; Short rides to some great kid-friendly destinations; Only caution would be that there seemed to be an uptick in surf fishing happening compared to prior years. This is not a property issue (the place is truly great!), and it wasn't a huge issue for our family. Just something to be aware of if you don't want kids near the hooks/lines or swimming in the water.

Steps to the beach

Townhouse is oceanfront and just steps to the beach. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked just fine. Great ocean view. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck listening to the waves and enjoying the view.

Full bath with each bedroom. Main level bedroom with full bath. Upstairs baths could have been a bit nicer. Loved the short walk to the beach. No closets in most bedrooms. Washing machine a bit musty. Overall, a nice property.
