The young lady (who seemed quite new) on the reception desk was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, despite being honest that she was new and it might take a little time to sort a few things. Can’t ever fault anyone for their honesty as everyone has to start somewhere so thank you very much to her for making me feel so welcome. "

"Super quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. "

" My room had a slight issue with the curtains but the very helpful staff moved me to a bigger nicer room which was spotless. The Bed was super comfy and everything worked well. Town centre is just a few minutes walk away with plenty of dining options. Plenty of free on site parking available and breakfast in the morning was superb."

"The outside of property was dirty. The inside decor was tired there was bad smell of drug taking outside property Rooms tired bad stains on chair. Lights not working. Extractor fan wasn’t working on bathroom. This was a birthday gift for my husband "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 4 minutes walk from Interchange bus station and is centrally located close to shopping, dining and cinema. Great for a budget overnight stay in Luton. "
