At Stephen Toni we would love to host you here or at any of our homes from Helen GA to St Augustine FL. Please read our house rules - at our homes we do not tolerate parties, banned items or vaping/smoking indoors of any kind. Fees and fines will be collected. Required local agreement to house rules will be sent and collected for signature before arrival. Just like a hotel this will include ID and CC with signature for acknowledgement to banned items and code of conduct
The guests will have full use of the main story of the home. Garage and storage areas will remain private for the homeowner. Guests will have quiet enjoyment of the property without sharing during their stay. We are close by and do check in to be sure guest doesn't need anything during their stay
We leave the guest alone except for check-ins to be sure all is well. We do have landscapers that will tend the expansive lawn weekly and their schedule is based on weather.
Please be advised that this property is offered strictly as a short-term residential rental. Any use of the premises for commercial purposes—including but not limited to podcasting, content creation, coaching sessions, retreats, events, professional photography or videography, or other business-related activities—is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the property owner or manager in advance.
