"Nice area, the host did an excellent job with communication. Included towels for the duration of the stay. Check in and Check out instructions were a breeze to follow. There was an article of clothing left from the previous stay I’m assuming but other than that little thing, I highly recommend this property. "

"Needed a place to rest our head after the 420 Festival, Nicole's place was in close proximity to the venue and suited our needs perfectly. The guest house is not visible from the road, it is behind Nicole's home, but there is easy access to the back yard. Nicole was the perfect Host."

"Friends and I spent the weekend visiting different noodle and dumpling spots around Atlanta. This place was just what we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and even the couch in the living was super comfortable. The hall bathroom was a little small for my liking but it got us by. The Host India was great. She communicated at the start of the trip and at the end via the VRBO app. Overall definitely a place worth booking. "

"My family of 8 comfortably enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for the 4 of us couples. The masters suite mimicked a hotel room with its own private full bath, king bed, sofa, tv and deck. Host was very responsive and details were clear."

"We had a wonderful stay, in town for a concert. The host was very accommodating. We were able to check-in a little early and she also had extra toilet paper and sodas delivered for the house. Overall great stay, the creek in the back was very cool !"

"This was our second stay at this property. It is clean, convenient, and the hosts are professional. Plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. The two separate spaces gives us the opportunity to hang out together or chill on our own. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you’d need to prepare meals (pots/pans/dishes/cutlery). We now look forward to staying at this property every year. "
