"Dog friendly rooms are on ground floor. These aren't comparable to other standard rooms, but charged at same rate plus an additional £20 cleaning charge. Our room was basically furnished with painted plain MDF wardrobe in corner. Window was open in all these rooms presumably to help with smell. Carpets we're stained and smell was very noticeable when windows closed. Despite these comments to reception, we were still charged the additional cleaning fee."

"Clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately was a noisy stay. My room looked over the pub garden and the windows are old sash windows with a poor seal, so I could hear the pub garden revellers until closing."

"Stayed here for the MK Marathon Weekend and was pleasantly surprised how good the hotel was. It's like no hotel I've ever stayed in. They provided a lovely marathon breakfast package for runners with was an extremely thoughtful touch from them. Absolutely loved my stay here, would definitely return in future."

"After many years of Premier Inn and now other Hotels This is my first stay with a serviced apartment in this country. I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. It was just great, a speedy and efficient way to self check in, everything was as they had explained in the email. the apartment and the block where clean tidy and looked after. I would recommend using these people again and When I'm in the area next time I will have a look to see...

"From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They let us check in even though we were slightly early and they changed the room to a ground floor one so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. The room was perfect. Clean, spacious and welcoming. "Check in was terrible, I arrived about 11pm, no one was there apart from a note on the door to call a central receptionist who then WhatsApped the codes to get in and to get my room key. Couldn’t find my room and had to call back to be told I was in another building. Had trouble finding the right door to get in the next building and then had no code for that building and had to cal back again. Parking was in the dark and payment machines were to dark to see Room was ok but not the best but...
