Premier Inn en Farringdon

"Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year."

"There was a persistent smell in the corridor outside the rooms and in my room. ? stale cigarette smoke. I stayed the following night at another Premier Inn in another city with no smell at all.This Premier Inn in Torquay is “tired”, needs a refresh - paint, carpets and curtains. my allergies got worse inside the room and corridor outside the room ? cleaning products used or related to the lingering stale smell or possibly tge air conditioning.
