"The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. The host texted the building and room codes in advance, and it was easy to find The Swan with signage on the building. While the lobby and hallways seemed very industrial, once inside the apartment, it was lovely, clean and bright. There is a grocery store within walking distance, which was great for us. "This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was great with info. The hotel was central to all tours, shopping and restaurants. We loved the comforters on the bed. They were so beautiful."

"Hard to get used to the 'contactless check in'. No humans around. The apartment was adequate, but there were a few things that should be addressed. I needed to iron a dress, and, yes there was an iron, and an ironing board that would sit on a table. Except that there was nowhere in the apartment where I could plug in the iron and use a table for the ironing board! I would have to rearrange the apartment. Also, the outlets in the bedroom were only accessible by crawling under the bedside tables....

"The Edition is a stylish hotel with a great design and atmosphere. However, don’t expect full 5-star service. There is no daily turn-down service, and housekeeping won’t make the beds or provide fresh towels unless you specifically request it. We had to call or flag staff each time, which was disappointing at this price point and brand level. Overall, it’s a nice stay if you’re okay being proactive about basics, but it falls short of the seamless luxury experience the name suggests."
