Your home away from home and the perfect family accommodation! The Redd and Breakfast apartment features 3 king sized beds, 1 queen, a bunkbed room along with a fully stocked kitchen. It easily accommodates 10 adults and is kid friendly. It sits 5 minutes from Lagoon Amusement Park and Station Park Shopping Mall, and 15 minutes from downtown SLC and the Airport. With the Rockies on our doorstep you can hike, bike, camp and ski to your heart's content. Come for 1 night or 20, you'll never run out of fun things to do!

Great location for skiing

Stayed here with my wife and adult kids for 4 days of skiing. We wanted to ski both Snowbasin and Brighton so this location fit nicely in-between. Good communication with the owner and the home was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Would stay there again.

Good place to stay

The house suited our needs and we had a good time. There was plenty of room for our group and the kitchen worked well for what we needed. There was a problem with the bathroom door in the master bedroom and a person was locked in for a short time. This needs to be fixed as this was noted as a problem in the guest book by a previous guest.

Snowbasin, Snowbird, and Powder Mountain.

We chose this VRBO because it was nicely positioned right between all the mountains we wanted to visit. It suited us wonderfully, it was an easy drive to our destinations each day. The house was comfortable for relaxing and sleeping and nice food choices are very close. Also, we had a couple of questions on the check-in day and our host was very responsive. We would definitely rent this spot again. Thank you.

Best deal in Farmington

Location, location, location. We love coming to Lagoon and this place is so close we can come home for lunch and dinner then go back and play. Room for the whole family.

Great location, older home for families

This home is split into a couple properties for rent separately or together. We didn't realize this from the VRBO description but later saw that on other sites, so be aware. The front half has 5 bdrm, 3 bath and a large kitchen. The home was clean and located in a safe ,convenient neighborhood. It is older with dated furniture but has a well stocked kitchen and good wifi. For the price, we found it to be a comfortable place to stay with family while attending our daughter's wedding. Our only suggestion would be better locks on the sliding doors between the units as they were not secured well during our stay, and that caused us some nervousness when another couple stayed in the back unit. Otherwise, pleasant home and owners and a great price!

Great location for shopping and Lagoon

We stayed as a family of 7, ages 15-70. It is really nice that there are 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. We went to Farmington go to Lagoon, it is literally 5 minutes away from the house! The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owner is excellent.

Perfect for our needs

We had a dance competition at the Legacy Arena in Farmington. This was the perfect location to come and go as needed. The home is older, but very roomy and comfortable. Very pleased with our stay. Clean and well-stocked. Thanks so much!

Great Location!

We have been using VRBO for over fifteen years and this was one of the BEST locations, yet! So comfortable, easy directions, close to everything and all possible needs have been met by the owner. Our family went to Utah for the skiing but packed in so much more. Don’t hesitate, this is the place for your next vacation!

Wonderful Mountain Stay over the Winter

We stay at Mormon’s place for a month and we love our stay here. The location is beautiful and convenient, only a 30-min drive to Snowbasin Resort. Although for the Cottenwoods it takes longer. The neighborhood is close to school and everyone around the area is very friendly. As for the house, it’s spacious and has great lighting(even the rooms downstairs have good lighting). We find everything we need here. Kitchen is well equipped with condiments, cookware and tableware. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Mormon has been very responsive and considerate during our stay. We enjoy our experience here a lot and hope to come back again

Cute neighborhood home

This was a great location for us to be near family and near Salt Lake City. It was a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was decorated for Christmas with a tree that was lit when we got there. We were grateful there was a bed for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. Would stay here again.

Great location, clean and roomy.

This was an amazing place to stay. Huge kitchen and Dining room. Spacious bedrooms, lots of storage space. Very clean. Only 5 minutes from Lagoon amusement park. Very nice neighborhood.
