"I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day."

"Beautiful hotel, dated rooms."

"Super clean. Super views. Super amenities. Will stay again."

"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

"Great location and 5-Star service by friendly staff. At the front desk Harrison was amazing helping us plan our days."

"It’a a beautiful and charming building with just the right amount of modernity. My room was a tad bit smalller than I’d expected (queen bed) and the view was nonexistent but cozy and comfortable for for a single person. The room came with a fully stocked mini fridge, a Nespresso machine and two very plush bath robes. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Each day I was there(three), housekeeping was excellent Shopping, dining and spectacular architecture are in ample supply right...

"Super clean and nice team"

"Terrific location for Michigan Ave (1/2 block)and Oak St Beach (short walk.)"

"They are going through renovations and I am sure it will be great when it is done. The mini fridge was a bonus I didnt expect. The lobby was nice for meeting up with family. The blackout blinds were top notch. Room is pretty small but good enough for a quick one night 11 hour stay."

"Clean room, Friendly staff."

"Great stay at one of the oldest hotels in downtown Chicago."

"General manager Christian was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. As Hilton platinum members I expect better. Expedia was fantastic and helped me resolve a problem that Christian would not assist with. He actually outright lied to me. I have addressed the matter with hilton corporate. As a long time hilton member i have never been treated this badly, I expect better. Property was fine, as you would expect, I will not stay at this property again."

"Location was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful"
