I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past during business trips, but unfortunately, my most recent 4-night stay left a lot to be desired. The room was dusty, and I found long red hairs throughout the bathroom—on the floor and even the door—which was unsettling. The armoire also had a strong mildew smell, which I reported to the front desk, but there was no follow-up.
I ordered room service and requested a medium-well steak, but it arrived rare. When I called to mention it, I was only thanked for the feedback—no offer to correct the order. I also left a note on the tray explaining the issue, but again, no response.
Given the drop in cleanliness, service, and attention to detail, I won’t be returning on future visits. Disappointing experience from a place I once relied on.
