"We had an incredible stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better when visiting a student at Shattuck—close to the school, restaurants, grocery stores, and more.The loft was beyond cozy, spotless, and had every amenity we needed for a comfortable visit. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfy bed, heated bathroom floors and towel rack, and overall welcoming atmosphere, everything was just right.The host was responsive and made check-in easy, which made the entire experience smooth...

"The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. "

"The house was clean. But shortly after we arrived after a 10 hour drive we were hoping for some tranquility they started doing yard work near the house and mowing the lawn. The next day 4 strange guys started doing work in the garage around our vehicles and the house for a few hours. This was our second and last stay at this property. The host was rude in his response when I reached out prior to the review."
