People rummaging through the dumpster and broken down cars in parking lot.. polite desk attendant but absolute dump.. will try to get refund as listing was very misleading. "The place was not the cleanest. The garbage can by the rear entrance was overflowing and there were cigarette butts all over. The hallway wasn't vacuumed. The only thing available for breakfast was yogurt, sugary cereals, and waffles. There was a toaster but no bread. Also no butter for the waffles. The coffee creamer was the powder type. Not sure how the place got a rating of 8.2. "

"asked for a quite area. They put us directly over the pool area open til11:00. Pillos and bed cover were terrible. Bathroom had no vent. Toilet was so short it was good for a 6 yo. No walk in shower. No guide on the tv's...were supposed to use a QR code and download an app. Placed a family of 6+ next to us whose children were running, slamming doors horse playing, yelling etc. for hours. Tv on LOUD at 3am and late at night.. No table and chairs for main room. This was a suite with 2 rooms and 1...

"Staff was the best. Front desk lady was adorable & super helpful. It’s an older building but it’s cute with character. I loved the dragon lights! Also…Super clean & I'm very picky about that. Parking was easy & ac worked great. 10+ rating from me"
