"Poor communication and customer service.
We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room.
Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere.
Alex, the guy we dealt with over the phone, was unhelpful and rude saying its our...

"The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago"

"SPACIOUS. Sarah provided me my orientation to this marvelous place just outside of Milford. A large kitchen with a table for four, a large sitting room, a large bedroom with walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a large shower. Very clean and well appointed. I highly recommend this place. "

"It was in a decent location and was clean. However it did smell of something and the smell was difficult to shake… even with the windows and doors left open.
There were lots of little things missing: no dish towels to dry dishes, no effective plug in sink to do dishes, no bread knife to cut bread, no iron or ironing board, no where to hang washing.
