Located in the heart of Downings village, just off the Main Street, this spacious 3-bedroom holiday home sits in a quiet circle of houses with a large central green area. The beach, shops, hotels, cafés, restaurants and pubs are all close by.

Bedroom 1 has 2 double beds. Bedroom 2 is a large en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed. Bedroom 3 is a ground-floor bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom beside it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, large pantry/larder, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 8 and can extend to seat 12, making it perfect for shared family meals and group time together.

The property is approximately 30–35 minutes by car from Letterkenny, which offers larger supermarkets and transport links. Donegal Airport is around an hour away. Public transport options in this rural coastal area are limited, so having your own vehicle is recommended for exploring Carrigart, Creeslough, surrounding beaches and the Atlantic Drive.
