"Clean room, but hallways were very hot and room did not smell very good. "

"Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done promptly. In terms of safety, for the most part was pretty safe but the side doors were left unlocked (did not need a key card to enter) for most of the day not sure about night. If I was on the ground floor, I would definitely be a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good affordable stay!"

"The hotel was okay overall, but there was a major safety issue: the room door did not have a secondary lock or safety latch. I had to come up with my own solution to keep my 3-year-old from being able to open the door. This is a serious concern for anyone traveling with young children. I would recommend avoiding this hotel unless this issue is addressed, or confirming ahead of time that proper safety locks are installed."

"My only complaint is that I requested a room on an either floor 1 or 4 and got neither. "

"Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. They put me in a quiet room which was exactly what I needed. The pillows are big fluffy lumps and they gave me the worst stiff neck. Also, no shampoo! You can’t tell when the bottle is empty. I called to get shampoo and I got two more conditioners because it said apres shampoo and was confusing to the staff, I think. "

"The building property is old but the lobby is the only thing redone. The rooms need work, the water was clogging in the restrooms. Adding on top of everything, the front desk lady during the day was the most rude person I’ve come across."
