"Very nice"

"We got in fairly late and realized once we had changed for bed we had no glasses. Then the next morning after a shower we realized we had no bath towels. (Try drying off with a hand towel) We were a little concerned that we would be accused of taking these things with us so we let them know at the front desk that they had been missing from our room. The girl at the front desk said that the towels were probably still in the dryer and I guess they didn’t make it to the room. No apology, just that...

"The room was very clean. There was very little conditioner left in the shower. I let staff know and he said he would let staff know. He appreciated me telling. Breakfast food and coffee were full and staff kept the tables and chairs clean and orderly. I would stay here again."

"Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. "One desk clerk was not engaged, didn't speak clearly and was on his cell phone when we come in. Said he was too busy to get any carts collect bring in guest luggage. Pants half way down his ass. Morning attendant for breakfast not dressed well for that job. Our pillows were just thrown on the bed. Didn't look nicely made."

"We were travelling with a pet. Their noses and behavior tell us alot about a hotel. Gambit after being in 4 hotels this trip found yours to be the only one he relaxed in. Frankly it was clean to us and with a pet we tend to scout out the rooms before we let him roam. In on of the last hotels we found someone's prescription drugs behind the window curtain that could have been a very bad problem. Thank you for accomidating our pet (rabbit) and having such clean rooms and great breakfast. ...

"Las habitaciones están siendo renovadas y por tanto, están bastante bien. Hay toallas para la piscina, lo cual es de agradecer, aunque nosotras teníamos las nuestras. El desayuno bien. "Well first of all I will not sway from a Hampton or a Hilton again . We arrived after 10 pm and the price was 240.00 . We paid 207 on Expedia and the guy at the front gave us a handicap room with no air . It was off when we walked in and the temp in the room was 85. After 2 hrs we had to move rooms at midnight because it was 83 . The water pressure is horrible in the showers and the rooms were not clean . I would not stay there again . I wouldn’t pay over 100 for a place like this . Breakfast is...

"The hot water pressure was very low making taking a shower unenjoyable. The wardrobe door would not slide open. Otherwise it was okay."
