- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to the parking pad in front of the house for up to 4 vehicles total during your stay. Please note that access to the garage is not included in the rental.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

At the Brae's Cabin, you’ll be close to:

Fairmont Hot Springs (8.5km): In just over 5 minutes, you can be at Fairmont's famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (21 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records, you can’t miss this. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.

Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 5-minute drive from Brae Cabin. You’ll also be close to Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by is Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

Fairmont Ski Resort (8.5 km): A family-friendly ski destination that the whole family can enjoy with incredible skiing and snowboarding.

Panorama Ski Resort (50 km): A world-class ski destination that the whole family can enjoy with incredible skiing and snowboarding, heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more.

Kimberley Ski Resort (85 km): A world-class ski destination that the whole family can enjoy with incredible skiing and snowboarding.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
5. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
6. Please know that guests don't have access to the Spirit Reach or Columbia Ridge private community amenities. The nearest (and best!) beach access is located at Tilley Memorial Park, just a 10-minute drive down the way.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Please note that garbage will need to be removed prior to departure and taken to the Fairmont Transfer Station. Failure to do so will result in a $50 removal fee.
9. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00

Stunning and clean property

The cabin is a true gem. Clean, modern, spacious with many amenities. The location and view cannot be beat. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We hope to return and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Ideal vacation home

Absolutely stunning property. The view is fantastic and the deck is created to highlight it. The kitchen has everything you need and we really love that the chosen fridge has an ice machine (small detail but we really appreciated it). The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. And Invermere being relatively close was perfect for groceries, restaurants and shops, not to mention e-bike and kayak rentals (highly recommend the Invermere to Radium kayaking tour). We hope to return one day!

Wonderful East Kootenay launch pad

Large, modern, very-well equipped home made for a relaxing holiday. We woke each morning to a gorgeous view of the Rockies across Columbia Lake in our light-filled home. We cooked most nights and the well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook just about anything we would at home. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living space had lots of room to lounge, play games or watch tv. Fairmont Hot Springs were only 10 minutes away, while Invermere and Panorama an easy drive up the highway.

Spectacular place. Everything you could ever need. A manual or checklist with all the instructions would have been helpful for appliances, fire table etc. Also the expectations to carry out garbage. However, would definitely book again!! It was lovely

Great House!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very new, and the design is amazing...the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams are beautiful. The kitchen is top rate, and very well stocked. The deck area and hot tub allowed for some very peaceful "under the stars" evenings. We would rent again for sure.
