"We love staying here. There are a couple of cosmetic issues--faucet that needs washer replaced, closet door-- but nothing that really detracted from our stay. It was warm, cozy, and a great fit for our family gathering."

"This was the best vacation rental by far! The house was a homestead then a boarding house. There are 3 porches, and they all have a great view. The AC and all of the appliances worked. There’s a creek close by to fish in. The cottage is adorable, functional, and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you!"

"Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay was great. Very friendly staff and super helpful. However, interaction with VRBO was challenging. Due to significant COVID spike in Arkansas, we felt it best to cancel. After repeated attempts to cancel online and telephonically, 10 days before our stay, Club Wyndham was never notified. "The property manager was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early. The house was open and roomy and with the family you did not feel confined. The open floor plan made life easier when everyone was inside. The large dining room table accommodated everyone for breakfast and dinner. The porch space was a plus with the outside flat grill.
