This charming cottage features a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a dining room perfect for family gatherings, a comfortable living room to unwind after a day of outdoor activities, three cozy bedrooms, two well-appointed bathrooms, and an outside shower.

Situated roughly 50 yards from a private community beach and 75 yards from the community pier, guests have easy access to fishing, crabbing, and sunbathing on the pier, along with swimming and sunbathing in the refreshing waters of the Chesapeake Bay. The community beach is open 24/7, though the sandy beach for sunning is covered by water at high tide.

One of the highlights of this cottage is the extraordinary sunsets. Enjoy a glass of wine to celebrate the end of the day and meet friendly neighbors who venture out daily to observe the breathtaking views.

While cell phone service is limited, calling and texting are available through the cottage’s wifi service. This ensures that you can stay connected when needed while enjoying the peace and quiet of your surroundings.

For your convenience, all beds are adult beds. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request.
