"This is our second stay here. The first time was 2 years ago, and there have been some updates. Freshly painted wall in living room and the queen guest room, for starters. Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch. We would stay here again next year!"

"Was looking forward to reliving a childhood game of Table Tennis, this was disappointing as it was not a full size table tennis game, it was smaller than a table. Outside pictures look like your neighbors aren’t right next to you. Wish I didn’t have to keep checking my email to get instructions on how to leave the property instructions prior or at the house would have been nice. Was told to put the garbage outside in the bids but those where overflowing."

"As soon as we walked in my husband could smell cigarette smoke. When we got home any clothing we wore smelled of smoke also. It was listed as non smoking but there were rule breakers there sometime The house itself is nice and it was clean. Host provided just about anything you can think of. "The house was beautiful. I was there to celebrate Mothers Day with my oldest son and his wife. I brought my dog as a car companion and she really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. In fact, we spent 2 days in the shaded back yard with my son and his wife. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I can see myself spending more time at this house for future visits."

"Enjoyed our ten day stay near downtown Newburgh. The house has been beautifully updated and decorated with touches of when it was built. Gorgeous kitchen furnished with many small appliances and anything you might need. Nice comfortable beds. Proximity to walking to restaurants and the river walk was perfect.
