This downtown escape has two spacious and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized memory foam mattress, plush finishes, and a bright atmosphere.

The second bedroom caters to as many as four additional guests with comfort and ease. With ample space for all, this room features two full beds, both of which are fabulous memory foam mattresses to guarantee a peaceful night's rest. A dedicated workspace has been set up in this room for those who may need to get some work done while away. Fast WiFi ensures that you can make lightning-fast video calls and stay on top of email during your stay.

Cute House

We found the house to be very comfortable. The light and fan switches were a tad confusing, but we managed to figure them out. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family.

Enjoyed the front porch. The swing, firepit and air hockey are nice touches, The house itself is too dark. Very dim lighting made it feel gloomy. Biggest disappointment was that we could not use the fireplace. Your listing should say NON-WORKING fireplace,

Anniversary Trip

We loved our stay in this charming house! Communication was friendly and helpful. The check in process was so easy - and we appreciated that so much after several travel delays and arriving to the property at 3am! Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, Cozy House

We throughly enjoyed our stay. An older home that has been updated. Welcoming and perfectly appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of fresh linens. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Parking was a bit of an issue, but it was fine. We have an SUV and had no problems. Thank you for hosting us, we had a great time.

Cute little bungalow

My family and I had a nice time in Eustis. Just a few minutes drive from Mt. Dora and Tavares, giving us plenty of neat places to check out. Some good food in the area too!

Very Nice House, Needs a Couple of Minor Tweaks

This 1924 bungalow was really spacious and quaint for the 5 of us. The master bedroom was nice, great big walk in closet, and the master bathroom was spacious with a large shower chamber. The living room was large with a huge sofa that 2 could easily sleep on. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of starter coffee pods and teas. The dishwasher was a good touch, made it easy to keep up with dish demands. The owner was very helpful with a few questions and an issue that popped up later. The tweaks we thought would really help are: 1- A small shower curtain for the master bathroom. It's open and the nice pine floors get wet, no matter how much you try to aim the shower head away and far back. 2- A second curtain for the tub in the other bathroom, to prevent water from from the shower from falling outside the old style tub and on the floor. 3- A curtain or blinds for the big kitchen window. The morning heat is not too bad but the afternoon is like an oven. Terrible when you're trying to cook. The issue I'm referring to is a shared driveway with the house to the left. We respected the rules and never left our vehicle in the driveway, but the miscreants who moved in recently did not! They left a car and it blocked us from leaving for a visit with family in Apopka. We spent over an hour on the phone with the owner and local police. They finally came out and moved the car but it was a major hassle. I understand that's never happened in 10 years, but it happened to us.

Great Atmosphere

Host was really responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and peaceful. Close to downtown Eustis. 20 mins to the beautiful Alexander Springs!!! We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The whole house was comfortable and as pictured on the website. The backyard was good for our dogs. Would stay here again.

Great Getaway Home

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable little home - near it all. It was immaculate and well appointed. My only issue was the parking in the back (while quite large) was quite difficult to get into and out of in my Hyundai Tuscon, trying not to hit the neighbors house or scratch my car.

Perfect place to stay

We were back for a longer stay this time, and it was just as wonderful as it always is. The host always responds quickly to any questions. I had to bring my work with me and my daughter had to bring her schoolwork. The internet works great and there is plenty of space to work at the table for both of us. We are still able to separate and get our tasks done.

Classy, quiet and clean.

The house is in a quiet area, and has lots of private parking in the back. The master bath has a wonderful walk in shower, and the guest bath has a huge claw foot tub that is perfect for relaxing. The front porch is screened with porch swing and was perfect for us. The communication from the owner is also fantastic, and they are friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer are both newer, and in great condition. We used them several times which was very convenient since we stayed for a full week and our 16month old goes through a lot of laundry. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay in Eustis.

Repeat visit just as wonderful as the first!

We had a family event we needed to attend, and the rental is in the perfect location. This is our second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first time. We feel very at home when we stay there. It’s convenient to everything with all of the charm one could hope for. It’s so easy to check in and check out which I appreciate and Brianna is very quick to respond to any questions. If you’re looking for a place in the Eustis/Mount Dora area, I would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing property!

The house is as amazing as it sounds and is as amazing as the pictures! The floors and the trim are gorgeous and made my heart pound with envy. We were a party of 4 and there was ample space - including dining space which was great for us! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dinnerware. The keurig along with the kettle was an added bonus for me because I’m a coffee and tea fanatic. There was plenty of light and the air and the heat (it ended up getting down to the 30’s outside one night!) worked well. The claw foot tub was great to soak in, and the shower had a ton of pressure which is something I wish everyone would put in reviews because there is nothing better than a great shower at the end of the day. There is a large washer and dryer which made things great because our original stay ended up being extended. The location is perfect and downtown Eustis has some great restaurants - we loved Tillie’s and if you venture into Mount Dora. Pisces and Jeremiah’s are always a favorite of ours. We had a family emergency and the hosts were very easy to contact and were able to work with the next guests to switch days around so we could stay a bit longer which helped us out immensely. I was really impressed that they went above and beyond and if you’re the guest that was willing to switch with us, thank you! They made what was a tough situation for us so much better.
