"I was very happy when I arrived at the home. It was just as advertised, and better. Open floor plan and plenty of places to sleep. The two decks and firepit were great places to chill. It was too cold to get into the lake, but it was gorgeous. If you have a problem with stairs, then the walk to the lake/firepit may be a little difficult. Overall great home and location, highly recommend!"

"The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!"

"The property was clean and a very nice value for the price. The staff was very helpful and really went out of their way to make sure that we had a good experience. The property’s surroundings are very picturesque and it is a quiet, peaceful place to stay. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. The only downside is the property is not as close as others to historic downtown but historic downtown is still very close to drive to...just not in walking distance."

"Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage...
