"The hotel has a great location and good facilities. However, the service is so poor it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. The toilet seat took three attempts to get fixed after I told the front desk. Staff entered my room without informing me before I was even there. Bath towels were either insufficient or never provided. This kind of service is not what a four-star hotel should offer. It's extremely disappointing!"
