• Check-out is by 11 AM:
• Late Check out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: 200€ extra.
• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

• No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the property.
• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence.
• Please note that our property does not accommodate individuals or groups under the age of 30. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all our guests.
• Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation.

• The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
