"This place offered the perfect getaway from the city, and I loved having the kayaks available for use! The house was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed to cook. The outdoor area down by the river was peaceful despite the nearby highway, and when the water level is low earlier in the day you can walk the kayaks down to the water. Note that the current gets much stronger in late afternoon and water level rises, so don’t get stuck paddling home upstream. Learned that the hard way!"

"This entire property was amazing and spotless!!! We are outside people and came up to hike and bike with our dog. The weather was perfect during the day, but it got a little chilly and windy when the sun went down so the 3 season room was perfect!! Our dog loved the yard the endless amounts of squirrels to chase. We're hoping to come back next year!!!"

"We stayed at this beautiful property winter of '25. Although lake properties are traditionally a summer getaway we loved every minute of our winter retreat. We were traveling for a curling tournament and loved waking up to the beautiful lake view. We enjoyed early morning walks on the frozen lake playing fetch with our dog Cooper. "Super clean and inviting. Loved the decor. Felt very at home. We had a super warm October weekend so the kids had a blast swinging off the rope swing and jumping into the water :) Plenty of room for the 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids) the kids loved hangout in the loft area and the garage space was awesome with lots to do. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely book again!"

"We stayed at this lovely home for three nights for a family event nearby. The house is as described and has everything you need for a quiet stay in the woods. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the mornings and lounging on the big comfy couch at night. We also enjoyed being right on the water but know that it is quite a few steps down to the dock."
