"We paid for a Mountain View and didn’t get a Mountain View. Very unhappy and trying to find staff was impossible for the hotel. We paid for it and didn’t get. Yet paid for my daughter to go up next day. Same kind of room and she was on fourteenth floor and got the view."

Was out of waffle mix. No protien offered with breakfast. Seems like they are barely hanging on, but doing bare minimum still. Not a plan for success in my opinion. "

"Carpet was damp. The water didn’t get very hot for the jetted tub or the shower. Water pressure absolutely sucked and barely had enough pressure to shower. The chairs on the balcony were cheap plastic chairs that felt like they were going to break when I sat in it. They left a full ashtray on the balcony from the previous stay. TV had very poor blurred picture. It wasn’t worth what I paid for the night."

"I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The customer service both during the day and evenings were top notch. Were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Ashley works during the day and is the nicest person ever and fulfilled our requests and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained very well. There is no denying that they really go above and beyond for their guest's comfort. The rooms are comfortable and large. They are a bit dated and can use with some...

"The room definitely needs a proper cleaning. It’s the first time I’ve seen it done so poorly. The common areas were fine—very clean, including the pool—but the room's cleanliness was really bad."

"I loved the property it was both classy and had ritz. Surprisingly the hotel was built in 2002 but presents as a hotel built in the early 1900’s. The staff was excellent and courteous. There was a library in which to sit and relax or have a bourbon. Would highly recommend and will return."
