"Booked this place as it is close to the athletics stadium, for the price we paid the room was sufficient and we could not hear sny noise from the pub. A lack of towels as there were 3 of us and we were given 1 bath towel, but staff managed to find us some more. A tv remote and bin would have been handy, but we understand that they are still tweaking the rooms. Staff friendly and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. We will book again."

The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable."

The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area.
We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "

"This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. "

"Great Aparthotel, very nicely and modernly furnished. Studios are slightly bigger than a standard hotel room and include a small kitchen. All very clean with very quiet rooms which is greatly appreciated when you are on a business trip and eager to arrive to the hotel and get a good night sleep. Definitely recommended and much better than other Hotels on a similar price range that I have visited in Birmingham. Close to the train station and the hotel staff is very nice also."

We got a double double room with two large double beds and a separate shower and bath. The room itself was huge and had ample space. This was complimented by a lovely room service menu which we took advantage of plus breakfast in bed through their continental breakfast programme.
