Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. The card holder for the electricity connection was hidden when the door was opened, making it difficult to locate in the dark. "The hotel is tired and has an overwhelming smell of stale smoke in the hallways and bedrooms. Staff were friendly but miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, meant that requests were missed or forgotten. Best bit of the hotel is the bar and outdoor terrace. The pool was lovely but the changing rooms were not. Definitely gives off conference vibes - would not stay there for pleasure."
