"The hallways were dirty, I killed insects in our room every day we were there and I had to make 3 requests to get a bar of soap for the bathroom. The first night, someone knocked on our door at 11;30 at night to see if our room was occupied. The front desk said their computer system was down and they had no other way to check for open rooms. The restaurant closed at 10 after breakfast and didn't reopen until 5 for dinner, leaving Starbucks as the option for food. We needed an accessible room...

"I went on a family trip for a week and got the deluxe studio. It had 4 beds and lots of space. It has no parking, so be prepared to pay for parking across the street if you take a car. This is also a hostel so if you don’t need a full room you can get a bed. The staff that helped me was great. I recommend."
