"Staff were very nice. They are improving the rooms, stairs, and other areas. Currently, there is some kind of odor to construction materials and paint but just in the hallway of 4th floor. Very centric place. Elevators are very slow and tiny. In peak times you will have to wait few minutes. Is not a place for "desperate" people whom get angry waiting. It is a nice place if you want to relax and take the time in a chill mode -not in a hurry. Breakfast buffet is a plus. Limited parking available...

"I was surprised by the dormitory hotel. It didn’t look great on the outside but when you walked in it reminded me of a cozy old hotel. Yet the best part was how kind and friendly the staff were. I really felt welcomed. They helped me with my luggage to the this floor as there was not an elevator, and brought it down when I was leaving. They made suggestions for local restaurants and guided me perfectly on getting the right bus and which trains to take to get to my location. I’m 75 and I felt...

"I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service."

"Very disappointed I’ve been going to Embassy suites since I was a kid. This hotel was hot. I mean like hot like you were outside. It was very outdated. My room had paint peeling off the cabinet in the bathroom. The tub wouldn’t drain properly.. The curtains were weird sat knee orange color from like 20 years ago. The windows were extremely dirty. Parking was very inconvenient along with trying to access the elevator to get to your car. Would not stay here again."

"The hotel was nice. It had an old field to it, but it was clean and kept up quite nicely. The valet staff was exceptional. The only issue I would have is they really didn’t have a grab and go or room service after hours so you can get water or a quick snack otherwise the hotel was great."
