"餐廳舒適可在這邊用餐休息 餐點非常棒，是餐廳等級，西式料理，帶點法式料理的方式，食材真材實料，擺盤精美。 因住三人房，應該是兩人房空間放置三張床，空間狹窄，但有陽台紓解，房間裝潢較平實，但沒有什麼味道，不覺老舊。走廊倒是堆置一些備品影響觀瞻。有準備飲水機、微波爐和自動販賣機。 浴室是澡堂，溫泉池大約可容納兩三人，避開其他人使用時間倒是不會影響。 備有乾燥室，雪季時可供放置雪具。 樓梯較陡峭走路要小心，房間都在三樓，無電梯。"

"It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. "

"The hotel is located 15 mins between Myoko and Madarao either way. Excellent location for checking out multiple resorts and scenic view of the lake. Breakfast was consistently good and the set dinner was surprisingly good too. Gotta hand it over to Chris and Maggie who made the stay so memorable. They go out of their way to help you with whatever your trip needs—from pick ups/drop offs, restaurant bookings, and tons of recommendations. My group of 6 had a blast"
