"I really enjoy staying here. The rooms are always spacious and clean, and there are lovely little touches like a big bottle of water, apples and biscuits left in the room on a daily basis.
The staff are super friendly too. And it's always great at the end of the day to go and sit in the pub for a drink."

Era nuestra npche de bodas. Avisamos al hotel y ni respondieron al mail. Al hacer el chek-in otra vez lo comentamos, y ni felicidades. Por la noche, el nórdico empezó a escupir plumas. La cama, nosotros y el suelo de la habitación estábamos llenos de plumas. Nos quejamos en recepción y su repuesta fue que al haber reservado a través de Expedia, no podían hacer nada... Muy lamentable ya que pagamos bastante dinero por la habitación. El desayuno mediocre."

Super place, would use again. "

"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "

"Lugar limpio y cerca de la estación de Parsons Green, también pasa el bus 22 al lado. La habitación 5 es más pequeña que la tuvimos anteriormente ( la 6) pero es limpia, la cama cómoda y el baño amplio. El desayuno continental es un plus. Sin duda volveremos. "

"I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful.
I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance.
Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late.
The customer service is 10 out of 10.

Our room was small, anyway the space was enough, my mother missed a table where charge her phone, but everything was ok.
