Follow your heart to the heart of the Green Mountains. Mariot's is one of three self-contained units located on a 100-acre wooded property with an extensive network of trails for exploring. It’s handy to many famed Vermont ski resorts including Smugglers Notch, and just 30 minutes to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. From July 2023 we'll be open as a wedding venue and able to host your whole wedding party. Come enjoy this amazing place in any season!
The space
Mariot's is a spacious three-bedroom self-contained private wing of the house. It is the front of the house and has a full sized farmhouse kitchen, generous sized bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and views of Mount Mansfield from the lounge. Bring your family or friends to share your Vermont experience!

There are over 100 acres to explore with a network of trails to run, bike, cross country ski, or snow shoe. Bring the sled and find a hill to charge down.

Our place is away from it all and yet so close. Views of the mountains, no road noise, just you and the wind in the trees. Yet you can be sitting down for dinner at the Jericho Cafe and Tavern or enjoying a maple creemee at Palmer Maple within five minutes.

You have the entire front of the house to yourself. The laundry room is shared with other units.
