"The hotel water tasted acidic after being boiled in the kettle. There were no warnings about the water quality, and no time to check if the kettle was the problem. However, this should be taken seriously."

"There is no doubt this is an older hotel/motel. The rooms are small but very well organized. The only addition I would say is a chair in the bedroom. They have taken on the challenge of recycling and do it very well. The breakfast is simple but ample. They have a pillow menu, the towels were fluffy, bright white. "This is an older property that has had renovations and rooms are really nice and well equipped. Parking situation was not good and the views from the room were that of building walls and rooftops. Not overly impressed with the area in whole."

We arrived to almost deafening music from the lounge/bar, so loud you could barely hear the clerk!!! "Beautiful property! The pool area, gardens and views are amazing. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside we experienced was the pool area is small compared the number of guests the hotel accommodates, so if the pool area was busy there was a line to get a lounger or a seat which was a bit disappointing."

"The property is old and needs some renovation, many things were broken or cluse to broken in the room. Some of the front reception were not helpful and useless. The cleaners did a good job cleaning the room every day and the location of the property is prime as it’s close to all the downtown attractions."

"The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. "Really enjoyed staying at this hotel on the Inner Harbor. The staff was very helpful and always very friendly. I would strongly recommend the restaurant off the main lobby of the hotel. Especially the breakfast menu. They don't have a chance to try out the pool but I imagine in the warmer months in the summer it would be a wonderful place for families. There is a dock down at the bottom of the hill below the hotel that has access to a water taxi. It's a little expensive but worth at least one...
