Awesome charming hotel

Greay location close to metro and tram station, lotts of restaurants and coffe places. Very good

The location is excellent and the hotel staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Despite being in a very lively area for nightlife , the room was perfectly quiet and I got 4 nights of very good sleep. There were a few small issues which I feel could be easily addressed to have made my stay more agreeable. Firstly, the room is only cleaned every second day, this means that on a 4 day stay the room is only cleaned once during my stay. Also, the free tea and coffee offered was very meagre. Only 2 packets of tea, coffee sugar and creamer were provided. These were used very quickly and not replenished until day 3. I did not eat in the restaurant so have no feedback on the meals, the breakfast would have cost 19 euros. All in all, my stay was ok and if the above issues are not important then this would be a good choice of hotel in Haarlem.
