"Very clean, presentable hotel.
Extremely hot room with no air conditioning meant we got very little sleep on a warm day in London.
When we got back at midnight, the spotlights in the room turned on automatically and none of our light switches were functional to turn them off (or any other lights on)
As guided during check-in, we contacted via WhatsApp but nobody answered. We then called the number and again nobody answered.

"Accès difficile quand on connaît pas (à 5 min à pied de l'arrêt du DLR). La seconde fois c'est facile.
Bon wifi
Personnel gentil.
Chambre propre.
Attention pas de climatisation mais un chauffage.
Il manque du shampoing dans la salle de bain.
Train direct depuis city airport.
Mall Stratford à proximité.

Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable.
The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. The window only opens a small amount, so it is impossible to cool the room down in the evening. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult.
The online reception was also disappointing. It took over 30 minutes to get a concrete...

"Excellent place, however in need of refurbishment. Room and balcony towards construction site, not what I used to. Stayed there several times and unfortunately communication this time in advance non existent. They ask now for advance deposit for damages. They did better in the past. Don’t know what changed but this time a little disappointing."
