This two-bedroom house is a mix of country living, light drenched ample spaces, earthtones and ocean escapes surrounded by nature and drought-tolerant gardens. Enjoy Cool Ocean breeze from this secluded home in the Ensenada Hills overlooking the Pacific. This breathtaking, spacious property boasts clean lines, modern architectural design, open floor plan and amazing indoor-outdoor flow.
The space
One of only few houses in the area that can host up to 9 people, Quinta la Mexicana is a brand new one story open floor-plan house that will make you feel right at home. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, family room, living room with floor to ceiling windows, dining room, well equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, laundry room with new washer and dryer and a backyard garden with patio set and grill on a stone deck. There is also a two car covered garage and extra gated parking space on the property.
Each bedroom has two beds accommodating 4 people each. Room 1: 2 full beds, Room 2: 2 queen beds. There is also a day bed in the family room with two twin mattresses. The family room has a smart TV where you can use your existing account for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. There is also wireless internet provided throughout. All of the windows in the house have privacy shades or curtains, but WE RECOMMEND BRINGING A SLEEP MASK IF YOU NEED DARKER SLEEPING CONDITIONS!
The kitchen has a fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, water pitcher, toaster, microwave oven, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, and more. There are also two dining tables with seating.
PLEASE NOTE**** The house is located on top of a hill right next to the Ensenada Tool Booth, the guest will have to travel a little less than 1 mile on a rugged dirt road to get to the house.
Other things to note
Family and friends gatherings are allowed with a maximum of 10 ppl, in consideration with the neighbors, loud music or music bands are not permitted after 11 pm
