"The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel...

"We stayed overnight here and it was fine. Property is right next to the hwy, but the sound proof rooms worked great! Didn't hear them at all. Property is older and has had some upgrades. We were disappointed in the bathroom, plumbing loose and no fan. Breakfast was waffles and cereal mostly. Good but not egg or meat options. Price was good though!"

"The presentation of the rooms did not match the photos. Found holes in the wall, broken bathroom door, the shower water only had two temperatures...Hot or Cold.. Carpet had stains and looked and felt unclean. The room had an unpleasant odour which needed to be aired out on arrival with leaving the window open and air-conditioned running."
